This position will monitor and guides the effective use of our sales force in order to achieve sales and contribution margin targets.
- Ensure the further development and functioning of the CRM system
- Develop and implement adapted assortment requirements with each product launch.
- Develop and implement processes to follow-up on contractual elements like add-ons, returns, minimum turnover requirement, display spent, etc.
- Provide the right support to the Sell-through manager to manage and control the launch process
- Project management tools and principles
- Account planning skills
- Knowledge of sales management tools
- Ability to work independently
