Sales Effectiveness (CRM) Manager

This position will monitor and guides the effective use of our sales force in order to achieve sales and contribution margin targets.


  • Ensure the further development and functioning of the CRM system
  • Develop and implement adapted assortment requirements with each product launch.
  • Develop and implement processes to follow-up on contractual elements like add-ons, returns, minimum turnover requirement, display spent, etc.
  • Provide the right support to the Sell-through manager to manage and control the launch process

  • Project management tools and principles
  • Account planning skills

  • Knowledge of sales management tools
