Be responsible for implementing and driving HR-related tasks and delivering innovative HR solutions to meet business goals.


  • insure that HR practices comply with the Japan labor legislation
  • Overview and implement labor management systems
  • Be responsible for the C&B team, insuring a smooth and top quality flow
  • Manage the recruiting team while facilitating on boarding procedures.
  • Collaborate closely with the business leads to identify top talents in the market.

Required skills

  • 5 years + of HR related experience with 3 years of recruitment experience
  • Good understanding of local labor law,
  • Fluency in Chinese is big plus. Japanese fluency is a must.
