- Overview and implement labor management systems
- Be responsible for the C&B team, insuring a smooth and top quality flow
- Manage the recruiting team while facilitating on boarding procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the business leads to identify top talents in the market.
- 5 years + of HR related experience with 3 years of recruitment experience
- Good understanding of local labor law,
- Fluency in Chinese is big plus. Japanese fluency is a must.
