Roles/Responsibilities

  • Managing 5 people
  • Create weekly, monthly, and yearly reports to improve the call center operations
  • Prepare overall budgets and also KPIs
  • Take lead on training, hiring, and also coaching the team
  • Collaborate with other management members to identify overall market and business trends
  • Build customer support strategy and execute within a timely manner

Required skills

  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft office

Preferred skills

  • Experience with implementing CRM is a plus
