AI (Artificial Intelligence) is the simulation of human intelligence thinking process by machines, particularly computer software. AI has come a long way since 1956, the year the term was coined by a group of Dartmouth research enthusiasts, and the software is now able to simplify and enhance our experiences both at work and in daily life.
I pondered on whether the same approach could be, or should be taken when looking at your job, as many people are spending a lot of their precious time in roles, offices, or around colleagues that do not “Spark Joy” in their lives.
Most people will judge you within the first few seconds of meeting you and this impression will stick by them. Making a first impression is becoming more and more important in the current job market due to the competitiveness of it.
