The Compliance team at Morgan McKinley Tokyo is responsible for sourcing professionals for permanent, temporary and contract compliance jobs in financial services.

Our clients vary from investment banks, commercial & retail banks, brokerage, insurance to financial and vendor management companies. Some of the compliance jobs we service will cross into operational risk / enterprise risk and information risk management and require a blended skill set.

Typical basic salaries for compliance jobs range from JPY 8 million for a junior compliance monitoring position, around JPY 16 million for a mid-level control room compliance officer and up to JPY 25 million for a head of compliance. Areas of focus include:
