The Sales, Trading & Research division of Morgan McKinley Tokyo, established in 2004, recruits permanent front-office positions for a client base of leading names in the banking and financial services world.

The team generally recruits Assistant Vice President through to Managing Director level roles, our sourcing methodologies and screening processes are proven to be thorough and detail orientated. We also employ an unrivalled research team, comprising of multilingual staff. The strategic location of the division, as well as being part of an international financial recruitment organisation, enables us to have access to candidates from each of the global financial centres. It also means that over 80% of our candidates are either head-hunted or through referrals, ensuring our clients exclusivity and the best calibre of candidate.
