Our Risk Management division at Morgan McKinley Tokyo recruits high calibre risk professionals for the leading investment banks and financial services organisations.

The division has an extensive client base in Tokyo and in particular, is a preferred supplier to the majority of the world’s leading investment banks. We work closely with many of the local CRO’s and their teams to match the very best talent with their precise recruitment requirements.

Our experienced consultants have established significant networks within the local risk management job market, complementing Morgan McKinley’s international database and our renowned research/headhunting function. Many of the team have direct financial industry experience and/or specialist recruitment knowledge of the area in which they recruit.

Typically, we recruit risk manager professionals across all products and disciplines on a permanent, temporary and contract basis, from entry-level monitoring positions through to senior financial engineering roles across the following functions:
