The Corporate Finance and M&A division consists of specialist consultants who have an average of over five years recruitment experience in investment banking. As we recruit for opportunities in investment banking at a number of levels, salaries vary accordingly. A typical analyst base salary starts at JPY 7 million, whereas a managing director position commands anything upwards of JPY 40 million base, with total compensation in excess of JPY 100 million.
