Roles/Responsibilities　

• Perform Execution work in M&A Transactions
• Screening M&A opportunities
• Conduct Financial Statement analysis
• Lead Valuation and Due Diligence
• Create financial models

Required skill　

• Native Japanese based in Japan with Fluent English
• M&A Advisory experiences
• Candidates with background in Investment Banks, PE Funds, Japanese Securities or Big 4 affiliated FAS.

Preferred skill

• Bilingual Japanese / English
• M&A Advisory experiences in Global Investment Bank
