Roles/Responsibilities
- Perform Execution work in M&A Transactions
- Screening M&A opportunities
- Conduct Financial Statement analysis
- Lead Valuation and Due Diligence
- Create financial models
Required skill
- Native Japanese based in Japan with Business English
- M&A Advisory experiences
- Candidates with background in Investment Banks, PE Funds, Japanese Securities or Big 4 affiliated FAS.
Preferred skill
- Bilingual Japanese / English
- M&A Advisory experiences in Global Investment Bank
