- Asset Management, Operation and Maintenance(AM,O&M)
- Plant Lifecycle Management (PLM), Human Capital Management　(HCM)
- Accounting & Financial Management, IT planning,
- Business Process Outsourcing　(BPO)

Required skills　
- Global Standard adaptation (IEC, IEEE etc..)
- Innovation Strategy
- Energy Management (BEMS,HEMS,FEMS,CEMS)

Preferred skills
- IT implementation experiences
- Excellent sales skills and ability to gain new clients (or bring adequate clients)
- Experienced in leading multiple projects simultaneously (cross-border projects a big plus)

Personal attributes　
- Strong presentation skills, charisma, team management skills
- Able to apply experience to strategize and create new project ideas
- Deep understanding of clients needs and able to run teams to fulfill them
