Business Manager - Customer & Distributor strategy

Job Description

A global Insurance company is looking to hire talented professional for their Customer & Distributor strategy initiatives.

Roles/Responsibilities　

• Manage and lead projects supporting the COO and Customer & distribution strategy team.
• Liaison with overseas offices and implement on going strategic business plans and initiatives.
• Conduct variance analyses, oversee budget, control expenses and prepare financial reports, and present results.
• Develop and implement organisational process to strengthen internal workflows and improve coordination with different departments.
• Enhance marketing activities to meet goals.

Required skill　

• In depth knowledge of Insurance industry and experience in managing complex projects.
• Understanding of business dynamics including distribution.
• Ability to influence multiple stake holders.

Preferred skill　

• Excellent verbal and written English and Japanese skills.
• Significant exposure and knowledge of business management

Personal Attributes　

• Good communication/presentation skills.
• Self starter, who is also capable of motivating members of other teams in order to successfully complete projects.
