Job Description

A global wealth management company is looking for a senior product development senior (Fund development)

Roles/Responsibilities　

• Develop and execute the product strategy to develop the company to a leading and differentiated provider of advisory services and transactional investment ideas in Japan
• Clearly define the product, leveraging immediate and potential market opportunities, and in line with client needs
• Lead the internal product development activities
• Ensure that products and product sales processes comply with regulatory and legal requirements
• Lead the sourcing of best practice third party products (including alternatives, hedge funds etc…)
• Develop good relationships with the company’s overseas offices in Asia and Global product offices
• Lead, motivate and develop a high performing team.
