Senior Credit Risk Manager (VP - SVP)

Job Description

Our client is an internationally renowned securities company looking to hire a senior manager to manage a credit risk management team in Tokyo.

Roles/Responsibilities　
• Managing a portfolio of about 30-40 credit groups for Corporate and FI
• Supporting the business by providing trade and structuring solutions
• Ensuring portfolio quality and documentation standards are maintained
• Monitor market, industry and counterparty developments (including industry strategies)
• lad, mentor and develop a team of credit analysts
• Contributing to the improvement in CRM processes

Preferred Skills　
• At least 8 years experience in credit risk
• Strong derivatives knowledge
• Excellent knowledge of principle risk mitigating documentation techniques

Personal Attributes　
• Ability to engage with the business, advise and facilitate their transactions
• Leadership skills to develop a team of junior and more experienced members
