Our client, a luxury brand with enviable market share across Europe, US and Asia is currently looking to recruit a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join their HR team.

Roles/Responsibilities

- The role is primarily responsible for the compensation and benefits, social insurance and personnel administration and would ideally suit a compensation & benefits specialist with a desire to broaden their skills to include some generalist experience as the role also supports the HR Manager with organizational development, performance management, new hire and exit administration, conducting new hire orientation, employee relations and communication.

- Previous experience (ideally a minimum of 3yrs) of hands-on compensation & benefits and social insurance is mandatory.
- A good knowledge of Japanese labour law and a Health Administration (Eisei Kanrisha) Licence is a definite advantage. A native fluency in Japanese and business fluency in English is also a requirement.

Required skill
- 3 years experience in compensation and benefits, social insurance, payroll
- Native fluency in Japanese
- Good knowledge in Japan Labour Law

Preferred skill　
- Business fluency in English preferable
- Health Administrator (Eisei Kanrisha) Licence
