Leading luxury and fashion retail brand.

This is an excellent Project Manager position for a leading luxury retail brand. They are looking for career driven professionals that can lead, plan and implement wide range of IT business applications.

Roles/Responsibilities　

- Re-engineering in-house processes and business applications based on Return on Investment (ROI).
- Investigate, plan and propose solutions in a timely manner.
- Organizing, leading and managing the progress of respective project teams.
- Must maintain good communication with regional and global teams.
- Must be able to make quick decisions and negotiate with overseas offices.

Required skills
- 3-5years+ experience as a Project manager.
- Broad understanding of IT business applications (ERP - SAP, Web Technologies, etc.)
- Native Japanese (JLPT 1) and Fluent English (TOEIC 800 or above) is a must.

Preferred skills
- Project management experience for Retail, Fashion, Wholesale, Logistics or similar industries.
- Leading and managing teams for global projects.

Personal attributes　
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Pro-active at resolving IT issues.
