A global IT Technology firm seeks Business Development Manager

Roles/Responsibilities 
The Business Development Manager will;

  • Hunt for opportunities in new accounts and mine existing accounts for consulting, application development, BPO and PES
  • Identify customer challenges and provide feasible solutions
  • Be able to craft and showcase transformational solutions with senior management (CIO 1 or CIO 2 level) in the customer organization
  • Develop long term relationship with appropriate stake holders within customers.

Required skills 

  • Experience with at least 5 years of complex IT solutions sales in one of the following areas - Finance/ Retail /Healthcare life science/Manufcaturing
  • Ability to generate leads and secure business opportunities
  • Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
  • Existing C-level relationship from past client base

Preferred skills 

  • Bid Management experience
  • Prior experience in negotiating commercial/legal contracts
  • Engineering background
  • MBA

  • Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
