Leading Healthcare company with long history with both manufacturing and distribution centers in Japan. Seeking an experience FP&A professional with strong analytic background.

Roles/Responsibilities　
- Develop business plans and prepare financial reports
- Analyse issues and develop solutions to achieve business plans
- Manage budgets and develop forecasts
- Manage the assigned team of 1-2 staff
- Report to the Headquarter in the US
 

Required skills　
- Minimum 10 years experience of financial analysis and also accounting knowledge
- Strong management experience
- Strong analytical skills and negotiation skills

Preferred skills　
- MBA/CPA
- ERP experience especially Oracle
- Foreign company experience

Personal attributes　
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation ability
