Job Description
Rapidly growing and expanding Internet related company with large global presence. Looking for international minded and talented manager.
Roles/Responsibilities
- Report to Japan CFO, manage staff, interface with Corporate HQ
- Implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures
- Drive business results through reporting of financial results and value-added analysis.
- Ensure all accounts comply with USGAAP, J GAAP and SOX requirements.
Required skill
- Min 8 years of finance/accounting exp
- At least 3 years team manager experience
- Working experience at listed or comparable big company
- Strong understanding of both US GAAP and J GAAP
Preferred skill
- US CPA or J CPA
- Experience in IT or Internet related company
