Challenging and high responsibility top management role with a rapidly expanding and growing retail company.

Famous Top Global Retailer with rapid expansion and growth in Japan. This is a high management role with up to 20 subordinates and reporting directly to the CFO. 

Responsibilities include:

• Manage Entire Accounting division and handling of all related affairs.
• Responsible to develop, gain top level commitment to, implement and amend a strategy for Finance & Accounting and help achieve company objectives.
• Work cohesively with CFO and help.

Required skill

• Min 3-5 years of managing a Finance Team and deep management experience.
• Experience of & strong understanding of retail business.
• Advanced accounting, tax and finance technical expertise and knowledge.
• Working in global environment & international company experience.
• Native level Japanese.

Preferred skill

• Strong leadership ability and skill.
• Ability to bring about change and motivate subordinates.
• Highly Analytical and logical thinker and decision maker.
