Business analyst

Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a business analyst to work closely with the system development team

Roles/Responsibilities　

• Examine business requirements and help determine potential system solutions
• Provide coordination between IT and business units.
• Prepare and review the specifications of IT system solutions to meet business unit requirements
• Analysis, support, and coordination of improvements to IT systems and operations
• Work with outsourced development vendors to improve quality and sustainability of developed solutions and IT systems

Required skill　

• At least 5 years of experience in Life Insurance
• Background in developing systems for Life Insurance
• Native Japanese level

Preferred skill　

• Knowledge of non-VA products
• Knowledge of Ingenium

Personal Attributes　

• Excellent communication skills
