Job Description

Our client is looking to hire a support person in charge of covering remotely trading platforms

Roles/Responsibilities　
- Provide support through remote connectivity to customer installations
- Take ownership of customer technical issues managing them through to resolution
- Ensure customer contacts are kept updated on ongoing issues in line with severity of problem
- Work with counterparts across the company
- Maintain an understanding of customer environments and architecture.
- Perform Work Requests such as installations, upgrades and contract configurations.
 

Required skills
- Very strong knowledge of UNIX and Windows environment
- Experience in supporting financial front office application
- Native Japanese level and a minimum of Business level in English

Preferred skills　
- Knowledge in Derivative products
- Experience in supporting traders
