Roles/Responsibilities　

• Management of a development team
• Project leader responsible for the development of a new accounting system for the bank
• Budget management
• Resources management
• Report advancement to the Executive Board

Required skill　

• Experience in planning and team management
• Experience in developing large scale systems for bank
• Fluency in Japanese, intermediate English level

Preferred skill　

• Project management certification
