Application support team leader

Job Description

A major financial firm is looking for its Wealth Management Business a manager for its application support team

Roles/Responsibilities　

• Service desk, incident / problem management, release management
• IT change management, BCP, team budget
• Team management
• Ownership of risk (audit and operational risk) remediation and regulatory face-off

Required skill

• Experience in application support in the finance industry including strong scripting (shell, Perl) and SQL skills
• Data confidentiality as well as regulatory / compliance requirements
• Experience in budget management responsibilities and in managing a vendor relationship

Preferred skill

• Knowledge of various asset classes
