Job Description
A C&B Specialist role: responsible for the planning and implementation of compensation schemes within the Japanese organization
- Work together with other C&B team members and the HR Director to plan and implement new compensation programs
- Maintain high employee performance and retention through effective C&B initiatives
- Ensure the organization’s own C&B programs are current and competitive with other organizations in the market
- Control labour costs through implementation and revision of C&B programs where necessary
Required skills
- Approximately 5 years of experience of HR compensation experience
- Good knowledge of compensation programs, along with benefits and pension
- Planning and implementation experience within C&B
Preferred skills
- Business level English preferred but not required
