NYSE listed top medical devices manufacturer looking for Assistant Accounting Manager/ Accounting Manager

Roles/Responsibilities　
 - Manage maintaining accounts of the Company for both USGAAP and Japan statutory
- Provide timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis
- Control Monthly and Quarterly closing time schedule
- Manage corresponding to External and Internal Audit
- Ensure appropriate Internal controls are in place including SOX compliance
- Establish efficient business process utilizing information systems

Required skills　
- Minimum 5 years experience in general accounting (management or supervising experience would be preferable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Business level in speaking English

Preferred skills
- ERP system implementation experience would be an advantage
- US CPA or MBA would be an advantage
