Fortune 500 US Manufacturer looking for Tax Manager

Roles/Responsibilities　
- Responsible for the review of the quarterly FAS109 tax packages (deferred tax) in cooperation with Global Tax team.
- Responsible for US Tax reporting for local legal entities.
- Review and manage the filing of the corporate tax returns for various local legal entities.
- Provide tax consultation to various local entities and division management.
- Manage/ coordinate with local tax audit.
 

Required skill　
- 10 years plus experience in Tax
- USGAAP knowledge
- Local income tax and VAT expertise

Preferred skill　
- ERP system knowledge (SAP R/3 or Oracle)
- Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and planning skills.
- Strong in verbal and written English communication
