Fast Growing International E-Commerce Company Looking for a C&B HR Manager

Roles/Responsibilities　

• Developing existing C&B (Compensation & Benefits) System, and work with HR System
• Manage employee insurance program
• Labor and Employee Relations
• Employee welfare, safety and health
• Payroll support

Required skill　

• Over 3 years HR C&B (Compensation & Benefits) Experience
• Able to work in an international environment utilizing English skills
• Excellent Microsoft office skills

Preferred skill　

• University degree or MBA is a plus
• Knowledge of Japanese labour law
