Job Description

A global Investment company is looking for a Retail and institutional Marketing Manager

Roles/Responsibilities 

  • Works as true partner to Institutional business, Retail business, Product Management Group and Alternative Investments
  • Creation, coordination and implementation of strategic and tactical marketing plans across the full range of marketing disciplines, identifying what is needed to maximize impact
  • Support Head of Japan Marketing and help manage, develop and execute firm wide marketing activities. Take a leading role when appropriate
  • Develop a deep knowledge of retail and institutional solutions and products, Japan business and marketing strategies and distribution channels.
  • Implementation of Japan-specific requests where local expertise is required e.g. tailored brochures, events, invitations, etc.
  • Influence messages, communications approach and content developed by investment communicators and product strategists.

Required skill 

  • Extensive experience in working in the asset market including alternative investment products/strategies
  • Strategic and creative thinker with attention to detail and delivery focus
  • Project management skills, including and ability to move projects forward in a complex environment

Preferred skill 

  • Experience as an Account Manager to pension clients in an asset manager or consulting company
  • Native Japanese with Business English
