A global asset management is looking for a client relations associate

Roles/Responsibilities　

• account management including new account opening/closing, guideline management,
• timely and accurate client reporting,
• client servicing and prospecting materials such as presentations and correspondence,
• collaboration with colleagues in other departments to successfully resolve client issues,
• maintenance of client files and databases

Required skill　

• Knowledge of fixed income
• Experienced in client services
• Business level English
