My client, a leading international Cosmetic company is seeking a successful candidate to fill in their Trade marketing position to support, promote and identify new sales growth and opportunities
Roles/Responsibilities
Plan and deliver retail driving activities and promotion plans
Be the key person for strategy planning, managing sales reports, and support the sales team
Contribute to overall business development strategy and methodology
Ensure the use of all possible communication tools to communicate the product values directly to the consumer
Work with retail operation and wholesale team to identify sales driving opportunities
Required skill
- 3+ Years of Trade Marketing or Sales Promotion experience within the Cosmetic or FMCG industry
- Understand customer goals and challenges and identify tactics for constant improvement
Preferred skill
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- University / college graduate, or equivalent experience
- Native Japanese fluency. Conversational English and above would be preferred
Personal Attributes
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency
- Age range from approximately 30 to 42 years of age
