Job Description

Our client, leading European bank, is looking for a client services manager to lead their dynamic team.

Roles/Responsibilities 

  • Manage the team based in Japan and provide high level of service to the clients.
  • Escalate key issues and provide strategic direction to the team.
  • Monitor team’s performance and responsible for the morale of the team ensuring highest quality of work.
  • Enhance the value of client relationship by ensuring effective delivery of client services and support for Cash and Trade products.
  • Coordinate a timely response to client queries in liaison with internal departments.

Required skills 

  • Strong knowledge of cash management, trade finance business, its products, and regulations and procedures.
  • Strong understandings of operations work flow.
  • Strong people management skills and experience

Preferred skills

  • 5 years experience in the area of client service in Global Transaction Banking.
  • Good knowledge of banking products.
  • Customer oriented mind-set, detailed oriented, able to offer flexibility

Personal Attributes 

  • Decision making skills and able to lead a team.
  • Excellent team player and excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
