As a consultant with Morgan McKinley Tokyo, Moses recruits for banking operations roles covering all aspects of the middle office and back office functions. This includes trade and sales support, project management, prime brokerage, operational control, client services and clearing and settlements roles.

Moses initially joined Morgan McKinley as a researcher in 2010. He was fast tracked to the role of a consultant after demonstrating a strong knowledge of the industry and excellent client management skills. Prior to working at Morgan McKinley, Moses was a senior associate at a financial services brokerage firm where he specialised in FX brokerage to high net individuals and corporates in Japan and overseas. Through his involvement in relationship management, business development and dealing with a vast number of clients, he developed a wide understanding of banking operations. His six years’ experience in the finance industry equipped him with the necessary skills to accurately assess the needs of his clients and candidates, to ensure that the service he provides is tailored to fit those needs.

Moses grew up in Uganda and holds a Masters in Economics from the Graduate Research Institute of Policy Studies, Japan. He also has a Bachelor of Statistics from Makerere University. He enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and cycling.
