As a consultant with Morgan McKinley Tokyo, Arjaree recruits for banking operations and compliance roles across the banking and financial sector. For operations, she specialises in trade support, sales support, settlements, treasury, business analyst, project management, documentations, equities finance and operations control and risk. On the compliance side, she focuses on central compliance, AML and KYC.

Arjaree worked at a consumer finance company within their product development team before joining Morgan McKinley as a researcher on the operations desk. She was fast tracked to the role of a consultant after demonstrating a strong knowledge of the industry and excellent client management skills. Arjaree also possesses a proactive and strategic search approach for dynamic and technically strong professionals to meet her clients’ criteria. She has successfully built up an excellent network of candidates and an extensive portfolio of key clients.

Arjaree graduated with a Bachelor in Sociology from Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan. She is a native Thai speaker and is also fluent in Japanese and English. Her interests include swimming, running, reading and travelling.
